Praveen C. Vallabhaneni, DMD

Dr. Praveen C. Vallabhaneni is an experienced dentist who has been providing exceptional dental care to patients for over 27 years. He was born and raised in New Hartford, NY and completed his undergraduate studies at Binghamton University in 1992. Dr. Vallabhaneni then went on to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated in 1996. Following dental school, he completed a 1- year General Practice Residency at Tufts University. There he gained valuable experience in providing comprehensive dental care.

After completing his residency, Dr. Vallabhaneni joined the practice with Dr. Frank E. Lewis and has been serving patients ever since. As a general practice owner, he is responsible for providing direct patient care while also managing the business aspects of the practice. Dr. Vallabhaneni is passionate about dentistry and is dedicated to providing personalized and compassionate care to his patients.

Dr. Vallabhaneni is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, and the Third District Dental Society.

Outside of work, Dr. Vallabhaneni enjoys spending time with his family. He has been married for 26 years and is the proud father of two daughters, ages 21 and 17. He enjoys hiking, walking, and is a big fan of the Boston Red Sox.

Rachel Moore, DDS

Dr. Rachel Moore is a highly skilled and compassionate dentist who has been providing exceptional dental care to patients for the past two years. She grew up in Schaghticoke, NY and completed her undergraduate studies at SUNY Geneseo in 2016. Dr. Moore then went on to attend Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine, where she graduated in 2020. Following dental school, she completed a 1-year General Practice Residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA and gained valuable experience in providing comprehensive dental care.

Dr. Moore has always had a passion for dentistry and wanted to return to her hometown to join Dr. Vallabhaneni’s practice, where she was a patient growing up. As an associate dentist, she is responsible for providing direct patient care and delivering personalized and compassionate dental treatment to patients of all ages.

Dr. Moore is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, and the Third District Dental Society. In 2019, she volunteered on a service trip to Chile, where she provided comprehensive dental treatment to families in need.

Outside of work, Dr. Moore enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She is an avid traveler and enjoys skiing and golf.
